Having completed 6 weeks of reflexology and FEFT with Pauline I can't begin to say how far I have come in such a short space of time. Having initially sought help for my fertility I have embarked on an amazing journey to learn about myself, my past and the future that lies ahead of me. I have learnt the importance of letting go and believing in my own self worth through the combination of treatments and cannot praise Pauline enough for the support she has given me on my journey so far. I feel like right now I am the best version of me that I have been for a very long time.

I Just wanted to say thank you very, very, very much. Everyone has circumstances in their lives that makes it sometimes hard to find the positive. I consider myself to be very positive, but it wasn't until I met you, Pauline that I actually learned to how to be positive and how to turn any negativity into positive thinking. Pauline you haven't just helped me relax, you have helped my mind heal and my soul find a peace it didn't have before. Along with the reflexology, you have helped with my general well being by trying different techniques my favourite being the tapping. This little bit of time, that is for me and just for me, starts my week of with energy and its all thanks to you, Pauline - always welcoming and understanding. Thank You.

I just wanted to write and thank you Pauline for the FasterEFT session I had with you with regards to the death of our dearly loved dog Oscar. Although this happened over five years ago I was still carrying a lot of grief around and playing a memory of his final visit to the vet over and over again whenever his name was mentioned. With careful guidance from you Pauline I was able to address that memory and the feelings of sadness, guilt and overwhelming grief. By the end of the session I felt very differently about the situation which is a testament to your abilities as a skilful practitioner.  I’m glad to say I now remember all the great memories we had with him, the joy and laughter he brought into our lives and to anyone that was fortunate to meet him .I will be forever grateful to you Pauline for your patience, kindness and skilled approach in helping me to see what a true gift of love he truly was in our lives.
