I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that appointments cancelled within this time are subject to the full cost of the treatment. I appreciate you giving me notice and so do other clients who are looking to work with me.​To avoid a cancellation fee please give 24hrs notice.

Please note I currently accept payments by cash or cheque and bank transfer.

Location and times
Services are available from Pauline's home clinic in Woodford and from the Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill. Pauline works Monday - Friday offering both day and evening appointments.

Home visits are available to the following areas at a minimum additional cost of £5: Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Chingford, Hainault, Loughton, Snaresbrook, South Woodford, Wanstead, Walthamstow, Woodford.

Online services Facetime, Messenger, Skype,  telephone or Zoom sessions
